How to use

Option 1:

Simply fill tea in tea bag (you can use organza bag that spoon came in), then add tea bag into water. Let the tea steep while you relax and soak up its nourishing health benefits. Take bag out of water when done, discard or wait for herbs to dry and discard). SOAK FOR AT LEAST 10-15 minutes. Herbal Bath Teas are NOT for consumption.

Option 2:

Boil herbs for 2-3 mins, turn off stove and let herbs sit for 10-15 mins, strain herbs (optional), & add water to bath for the BEST RESULTS.

Dead Sea Salt, Epson Salt, Pink Himalayan Salt, Lavender Buds, Dried Rosemary, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Essential Oil.
